I am so lucky to be able to spend a weekend or two a year with my gathered friends from work. These women are smart, accomplished, beautiful and lots and lots of fun! Some of my favorite times!!🍷
When we get together, we create an excel file (of course) of all the goodies we will bring for eating and drinking for the weekend. We met in LBI on September 22, 2018. Our breakfast buffet was ENORMOUS and varied - bagels and lox, fresh fruit, homemade quiche and luscious crepes, cinnamon raisin french toast. I contributed homemade blueberry muffins. Yes - they were from the Barefoot Contessa! This time from the Barefoot Contessa Family Style - the Blueberry Coffee Cake Muffins. I use regular muffins tins and get about 30 muffins. 🍜 I use a scoop so each is the same measured amount and they bake evenly. This size is a nice, moist, delicious bite!
