Bread is actually easy to make if you have the right attachments for your Kitchen Aid. You need the dough hook - it will do the kneading for you. I saw this recipe for Milk Bread in the March 2019 Bon Appetit. I had not made bread for a while and now I will go back and start making different types.
This bread is simple and tasty and also pretty. We made cinnamon toast this morning and it was perfect! Also, I do not think I have ever had a "bad" recipe from Bon Appetit. I have also gotten some great travel and vacation tips.
