Key Lime Bars - So Simple, Refreshing, Pretty - Surprising

I was introduced to this yummy dessert by my lovely daughter, Carolyn! She has turned into an amazing cook and introduces me to many great recipes. Her husband, Ryan, really likes these so I made them for a recent family dinner for his birthday.

The recipe comes from Martha Stewart and can be found on marthastewart.com. I line the baking pan with parchment paper so I can remove them nicely from the pan so they can be clean and pretty when cut.

These bars are sweet and tart at the same time. Very refreshing and a nice addition to a dessert display. ENJOY!!
