My sister, Liz, highly recommended the Louisiana Style spare ribs from Coscto. Mark and I only occasionally have spare ribs but took her recommendation and glad I did. I bought the ribs the next time I went to Costco. The package contained two large slabs. The picture shows one slab. I first cooked the ribs in the oven at 250 F for 2 1/2 hours. I then turned the grill on and coated the ribs with some over the counter barbecue sauce and grilled until nice and golden and crispy.
They were very easy to prepare and very tasty. I thought they were so pretty especially served on my cutting board against my Hawaiian themed tablecloth.
