Spicy Pizza Margherita

This pizza is from the Williams Sonoma test kitchen. If you haven't tried their recipes, go to their site! Well worth the visit.



This pizza is so easy and so delicious!! You can use home-made or store bought (even canned) pizza dough. I used more mozzarella than they suggested. The fresh basil and the spicy tomato sauce really make this perfect!


I've made this pizza a few times. The first time when Mark and I were on one of our trips to Seneca Lake. A really nice, comforting, easy meal with a salad and a glass of wine.
